At Kākou Club members find belonging, friendship, inspiration, and support.

With activities based around four key Hawaiian teachings, it is a space to have fun, create, learn, and grow, while connecting to Hawai’i and our community.

A space to grow and thrive

Kākou Club is geared toward adults aged 18 and up, with intellectual or developmental disabilities.

Who are our members?

  • People ages 18+ living on O’ahu
  • Mobile with or without assistance
  • Able to self-feed and non-violent toward others

What do they enjoy?

  • Interacting with others, sharing and understanding feelings
  • Being creative, getting outside, continuing to learn
  • Increasing independence, working, and volunteering

What is the cost?

  • Currently we offer private payment plans
  • We hope to soon welcome the Medicaid Waiver program
