Yoga for All

Life is challenging. Yoga seeks to heal and bring happiness. It works on our mind, body, and emotional and spiritual sides. Research shows that yoga can help heal anxiety, back pain, depression, headaches, fatigue, stress, and more. Most importantly, yoga is accessible to ALL.

If you have never tried yoga before, that’s perfectly alright! Our yoga classes are inclusive and designed for all levels and abilities.

Classes cost $10 each, however, no person will be turned away due to lack of funds.

Yoga for caretakers and parents

Caretaking and parenting is hard work, often a full-time job, and comes with stress and overwhelm. While caretaking never stops, it is still important to find time for yourself. Time to reset, regulate the nervous system, quiet the mind, and move your energy.

  • Meets every 4th Tue, 5:30 - 6:30 pm

Yoga for Special Athletes (ages 13+)

Yoga has so many benefits for people with disabilities. It can help them to self-regulate emotions, develop body awareness, improve confidence, build strength and flexibility, and much more!

  • Private family sessions are available now

  • Group session held every 4th Thur, 5:30 - 6:00 pm (ages 13+)

  • Meets at Kailua Beach Park (exact location sent upon signup)
